Da Lat Flower Festival
Southern Vietnam · 11th edition: December 1–31, 2026 (opens December 19)
A biennial December celebration in the flower city: parade floats, gardens in bloom, and cool mountain evenings.

About this event
The festival
The Da Lat Flower Festival is Lam Dong province's flagship cultural event, held every two years across the city and surrounding districts. The 11th edition runs through December 2026, with the opening ceremony on the evening of December 19 at Lam Vien Square.
What to expect
Giant flower installations line Xuan Huong lake, parade floats roll through the city, and gardens open with themed displays. Evenings bring art programs and a New Year celebration that closes the festival on December 31.
Travel notes
December is Da Lat's cool season — pack layers for evenings around 15°C. Book accommodation early, especially around the opening and closing weekends, and allow time for the flower farms on the city's outskirts.
